The Naked Olive – Pure , clean , all natural , unadulterated ,  without chemicals or preservatives, not cooked or pasteurized , our olives are processed with time honored traditions that have been passed down for thousands of years.  

   Our olives have more flavor, better texture , have a better natural color and retain their crispness and fruitiness , packed in oil or brine they have a refrigerated shelf life of at least 6 months , for food service most product is packed 2/5 LB bags per case, fresh hand  stuffed olives packed 5/2 LB per case are packed in brine for use in martini’s, many fillings available.

  Our packer works with a fresh pack olive program , once the order is placed the order is packed fresh assuring no product has been sitting around in inventory , and assures the freshest product available.
